Helpful websites for your MCT journey

WEBSITES

  • Michinoku Trail Club (Link)
The lovely people here promote and manage the MCT, and post regularly in English & Japanese on their social media channels. This is the most comprehensive source of information about the trail.

  • MCT Natori Trail Centre English Page (Link)
Information hub for the Michinoku Coastal Trail. The centre also provides hikers, locals and tourists with a space to relax and meet. I highly recommend you stop here if you can to get the latest information and also sort out logistics (e.g. make reservations for boats on the Urato islands)

  • Ministry of Environment MCT Website (Link)
The official, government-run page of the MCT.

The Natori Trail Center, the information and community hub for the Michinoku Trail. (Link)
